Just over a month after their last outing, the Extreme SuperCars driven by Dunlop competitors make their way down to the Aldo Scribante circuit in Gqeberha for the third round of their 2026 championship, which takes place on 26 and 27 June.

With the top two in the championship, Roy Obery and Ant Blunden, not making the trip to the coastal circuit, there are guaranteed to be substantial changes at the top of the log. Charl Arangies (Stradale Motorsport Mercedes AMG GT3 EVO) is best placed to take advantage of the leaders’ absence. He is in third place in the overall standings, just seven points behind Obery. With 30 points on offer on Saturday, he should move up.
Whether he will get to the top or not depends on his GT3 class rivals, champion Jonathan du Toit (Trans Africa Racing Lamborghini Huracan GT3 EVO) and Damian Hammond (Liqui Moly Mercedes AMG GT3). The three of them shared the wins in the second round of the championship, and there is very little to choose between them.

In Class A, the Giannoccaro brothers, who sit in the top two spots on the table, are also missing the trip to Aldo Scribante. This will give the third-place man, Marius Jackson (MJR Motorsport Audi R8 GT3 LMS), a chance to take over at the top. He will have to get the better of Karah Hill (Promigen Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO) and her father, Paul (Kalex Aston Martin), to do so.
On Friday, the drivers will have three practice sessions before their qualifying session at 15:30. Saturday will see them tackle three 12-lap races, starting at 11:05. The second race is scheduled for 14:25, with the final heat bringing the day’s racing to a close at 16:40
